Marrey Tableware CONDITIONS OF SALE

VAT. All prices are in Sterling Pounds and excluding Value Added Tax.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling at date of dispatch.

Credit Terms. First order should be settled on receipt of goods. Subsequent an account (30 days) can be opened according to bank and trade references.

Payment. Payment is due 30 days after date of invoice.

Title. The Seller until payment in full shall retain title in the goods and until such payment the Buyer shall hold the goods in a fiduciary capacity, for the Seller. In the event of any sale of the goods by the Buyer prior to payment in full of the price, the Buyer shall hold the proceeds of the sale in a fiduciary capacity for the Seller and such proceeds of sale shall be placed in an account of the Buyer in such a way as to be identifiable as the property of the Seller. In the event of non payment by the Buyer by due date, the Seller shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights, to enter any premises where goods may be and recover possession of them.

Minimum Carriage Paid Order Value £150 ex VAT. Orders below £150 will be subject to a carriage charge.

All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and a clear signature given. No claims will be entertained after 3 days from delivery for breakage’s and shortages and 7 days for non-delivery. Part deliveries are accepted and will become due for payment as per credit terms.

Cancellation of Orders. Cancellation may only be accepted with prior agreement. If delivery is subsequently refused after goods have left our Warehouse, without prior agreement, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of outward and return carriage. A restocking charge may be levied.

WARNING - Return of Goods. No items should be returned without first contacting the sales office. A restocking charge may be levied. Where a non-stock item is specially ordered and correctly supplied no return can be accepted.

Standard Pack Quantities. Orders received for less than standard pack quantities will be adjusted to the nearest pack quantity. Where this is not acceptable, orders should specifically state so, when a 20% surcharge will be added to the cost of the item invoiced to cover additional handling and packing.

Engravers, Processors. Please note that all glass items are supplied as a finished product and whilst these may be suitable for decorating, we make no claims for damage or faulty merchandise once further processing has commenced. All customers’ own goods for engraving/decorating will be processed entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Samples. All samples will be charged for and credited in full if returned in saleable condition.

Personalized Orders. A deposit is payable with the signed order.

The company reserves the right to refuse any order, including subsequent to the sending of an order acknowledgement email.
