Do you only supply Glass, china and cutlery? |
| No, because we are a family owned, independent distributor,
we are able to source products from many different suppliers from all over
the world, which means that we can supply you with whatever you need to run
your business. If you do not see what you are looking for on our website,
please contact our Sales Office. |

What times are you open for business? |
| Our Website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Office hours are
8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. |

How do I open a credit Account Facility? |
| Credit Facilities are opened at our discretion. Please
contact our Sales Office or complete the form
on our Website. |

Can I pay using my Credit Card? |
| No, we do not currently accept Credit/Debit cards. |

How soon after I place my order will the items be delivered? |
| This will depend entirely on the items you have ordered.
Generally we will endeavour to deliver within 5 working days. However, if an
item is not in stock this will vary. |

Can I get delivery tomorrow? |
| Please contact us and we will do our best to help. |

I may not be available when you try to deliver |
| Our standard times of delivery are between 8.30am to 5.00pm
Monday to Friday. Please advise us of any special requirements of delivery
when placing your order. |

Who delivers my order? |
| This will depend on your locality. At Marrey Tableware we
use our own transport to deliver to most areas in London & the Home
Counties. A Carrier Service is used outside of these areas and/or when we
are unable to use our own transport. |

What are your Carriage Terms? |
| Carriage paid terms are:- |
Over £150 Nett to UK Mainland Carriage & Packing £0.00 |

Under £150 Nett to UK Mainland Carriage & Packing will depend upon
weight. Min charge £7.50 plus VAT. |

extra – P.O.A. |

| Yes, please contact us to arrange an appointment. |

Can I have a sample? |
| Yes, please contact us with your requirements. All samples
will be charged for and credited in full, if returned in saleable condition. |

The goods you have sent me are damaged |
| Please contact our Sales Office within 24 hrs. |

What is your returns policy? |
| After approval by our Sales Office, and if goods are unused
and in their original packaging, we will gladly credit them. Our collection
charge is £15.00 or 15% of the value of goods (whichever is greatest).
Unfortunately we are unable to do this with special order items, unless they
are faulty. |
